Drinking coffee especially during intermittent fasting can be a lot beneficial, but how to drink coffee without breaking fast and still get all the benefits from intermittent fasting?

Well depends on your ability to tolerate caffeine, too much caffeine can raise your hear bit and make you shaky. So drink black coffee in moderation. Don’t overdo.
